  • Why am I receiving static on my Bluetooth headset?

All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following steps:

    1. Keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone.
    2. Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the headset and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by e.g. computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc.

    • Why did my headset not come with an AC adapter?

To aid in the effort to reduce electronics waste, Jabra decided to remove the AC adapter and replace it with a USB cable. This gives you a range of new charging opportunities as many mobiles and accessories can now use the same charger.

      Some examples:
      • Charge using Apple USB power adapter
      • Charge using computer
      • Charge using your phone's charger (in many cases)
      • Charge using your Jabra Solemate Max

The headset has a built-in safety feature that prevents overcharging.
